The steel industry is predicted to grow by 12-15 per cent in the next five years, the Viet Nam Steel Association (VSA) reported at a June 12 workshop in HCM City.
A cast iron and steel plant, built with Chinese investment and having a
capital of US$50 million, opened in the northern mountainous province of
Tuyen Quang on Monday.
